1-Day Tent Rental Details
Rental Duration:
- A 1-day tent rental includes setup on the day before or the day of your event by 2:00 PM, depending on our delivery schedule.
- Takedown will occur either the following day or up to two days later.
1-Day Weekend Tent Rental Details

Setup: Tent setup is scheduled for either Friday afternoon or by 2:00 PM on Saturday, depending on our delivery schedule.

Takedown & Pickup: Takedown and pickup occur the following Monday or Tuesday.

Early Setup: If you need the tent set up earlier than the standard schedule, an additional day must be reserved.

Same-Day Pickup: Pickups must be completed before 8:00 PM. Pickups between 8:15 PM and 10:00 PM will incur an additional fee of $50.
Our 40x40 High Peak Frame Tent comes in white and provides an elegant look that makes them ideal for any type of outdoor event; such as weddings, graduations, family reunions, birthday parties, business events, trade shows, and similar events. These stylish, sleek High Peak Frame Tents can be set up on grass, set up in a parking lot (additional fee), or on other asphalt surfaces (additional fee).
Seating Capacity:
- 132 Guests for a Sit-down dinner
- 160 Guests for a Buffet-style dinner
- 200 Guests for Cathedral (row) seating
- 320 guests for a Cocktail party
*PLEASE NOTE*
If the Tent is set up on a "CONCRETE or OTHER ASPHALT SURFACES" there will be an additional $300 and access to a water hose will need to be required.
During checkout, a question is asked what "SETUP SURFACE"; if you are setting up on "CONCRETE or OTHER ASPHALT SURFACES" this MUST be SELECTED.
If the grass is selected and you decided to set it up on concrete when we arrive; there will be ADDITIONAL FEES and setup will be DELAYED.
